John Alves is committed to excellence for himself and his clients, always guaranteeing success in their business and real estate endeavors. Along with this commitment, his passion, integrity, and positive outlook have continually given him the opportunity to build genuine and long lasting relationships with those he works with.
His character, partnered with his professional experience; including 15+ years as a real estate investor, sets him apart as a real estate agent.
John is also an experienced and successful entrepreneur. He co-founded Precision Home Care, which grew into a multi-site operation throughout the state of California. Today, John and his wife Karlee own 2B Organized®, a professional organizing company that helps clients of all ages make intentional choices through all of life’s transitions. Karlee assists clients with decluttering and organizing their spaces, helps seniors downsize and transition to smaller homes, leads clients through the entire process of moving, stages homes to make them more appealing to potential buyers, and so much more! Together, John and Karlee have helped so many clients downsize, declutter, and move to their perfect home.
John was raised in a small Northern California town, where he grew up working on the family farm. He attributes much of his success and strong work ethic to this early experience. John now resides in El Dorado Hills, enjoying life with his wife Karlee and their 3 young daughters. When he isn’t making the next best deal for his clients, John enjoys rooting on his favorite sports teams, staying active, and spending time with his family.
